Unemployment: The new trend

Sometime a social dilemma can suddenly become a trend. Boys love it and people who already are infected by this disease finds different strategies to support their cause of reluctance to the disease. I'm not writing today about any disease that has been over the ground recently. I'm talking about a social trend that is taking our country far back to stone age each day and everyday one step at a time. In our country Unemployment has become a great trend. Starting from undergrad students to fresh graduates everyone is Hip in this trend. And moreover undergrads are finding reasons to become unemployed everyday. Starting from excuses like "it's not the age to work", "if i work who's going to enjoy my Daddy's wealth" and "Harmful for the study" to "Service holders are nerd". And people who are fresh graduate their getting frustrated each day by failing to find a simple 3digit salary job in this cruel world. And still they try and try until they come to an stage where they find a very good excuse for "why he is not getting a decent job and who are responsible for his misery".

Trendy!!!

      People will think that the reason behind this attitude might be that Bangladesh provides the most fruitful and beneficial unemployment allowance then other countries. Which is not at all true. People here don't get a single penny from any organization for being unemployed. 

       On the other hand there are some people like us who works 16hrs/day to earn and to build our dreams from ashes and there are others who are working in abroad only to pay their student tuition in abroad.

       So, where is the problem?

       The problem lies in our own society and problem lies in the core of our social attitude towards the TERM work. We are reluctant to judge more than to put our heart and soul in a working environment. We talk more than we can work. 

        Bad i can see the lights of a  new day.cause each and everyday their are people who are doing extraordinary jobs and making history by their own work and their own labor. Well, that's another story.

   

Difficulties:Are they really Difficult?

       Difficult,I cant do it, It's tough..all of this words symbolizes only one thing "I don't know how to do it". In our life when someone wants to do thing that are simple they don't find any barriers in their path. But when they try to do things that are special,that can have a huge impact in the welfare of the society they face difficulty. Difficulties are the one that made me realize who i am ,difficulties made me think about who am i and what am i capable of doing. Think, every time you face a difficulty you get a chance to use your full potential to solve the problem. In my life difficulties made me stronger,made me realize about what i can do more,how i can do more.
     Don't break yourself up when you face a difficulty,use you mind and knowledge and you'll realize how much strength you posses and how much you are capable of doing.Use your full potential and see the world from a different view.
     When you face a difficulty in life thing about your dreams and think about the things you always wanted to have but still trying for it. When you have goal a measurable dream believe me you will see no difficulties or barriers in your life. So live your dreams and break the walls of difficulties.
   

Believe is Strength

Let me tell you how believeing can change your life:

1.Always think about winning rather than the chances of failing.In every position of life think that "you are a winner",always think that you are one of the "one of the best.Set the mentality of winning in your mind.

2.In daily basis remind youself that you are born to be a leader.Always think that you are living a better life than others.Never blame your luck,because luck has nothing to do with success.Success is the result of hard work and resistence.And never think of leting yourself down in anycase.

3.Always dream big and always plan for big success.YOur level of imagination and dreaming will determine your level of success.And always remember that big plans and vast thoughts are alwys easier and achievable than small ones.

Why should you think big?

Let me give you an example-i met a young poet once who was telling me that a boy of his class was writting very good poems and he can only do that cause he has god given gift.And the speaker was blaming his luck for not favouring him with his fortune.It's really a matter of shame how people thinks that way.When i spoke with the poem he was talking about i found out that the only thing that is different between two of them are self confidence.He was saying to me that-" i respect my work and i always try to put my best in my work no matter what.I trust myself and if i try i can become one of the best poets in the country.So you see that whats differs a winner and a looser.
Always follow a leader who can take you to your goal.Respect him and try to learn from him as much as possible.but never put him/her in a place where you can't reach him/her.Respecting someone is good,but don't get blind in his/her light.Trust yourself and you can be a winner and you can overcome your leader.Believe yourself and you can go as far as possible.People who thinks themselves as a member of the second class they always stays in second class.
Don't fool yourself and take conttrol of your own destiny.
Trust your leader,concentrate on your goal and believe yourself.You can be an achiever;you can be a winner.

Benefits to thinking big

Believing,truly believing helps you to find out ways for your work to be done properly.And by watching your enthusiasm people will believe you and trust you.People who thinks that they can achieve anything gradually become unstoppable.Although people who have doubts in their own selfesteem eventually fails to do well in their life.Trusting your self can become the best courage generator of a person.
If you think that you can win,than you will be a winner without any doubt.And thoughts like-"This work is not for me","i can't do it","i'll try but i know that i'm goinig to fail eventually" will certainly make you a looser and eventually you'll find yourself swimmimg in the streams of failure.Main reason for most of the failures are hasitation,disbelief,sub-conciously trying to be a failure,lack of self confidence,and not wanting to be a winner.If you have doubts in your mind about your sucess than you can never become a winner.Hope for the best and you will become the successful one.

Strength of believing

This is how believing work-if you think that"Yes,i can win"than it increases your courage and strength,it helps you to generate efficiency and effectiveness and it makes you more dedicated and active about your work.If you think that you can reach your goal than your mind will work automatically to find out continuous steps to take you to your goal.Do you want to know the secret of being successful?The successful people you see around you are the one who believes that there is nothing that they can't achieve.He who thinks that he can be successful he gains success at any cost.So,they try to organize thier work,they try find out problems about their emplyees and they always try to see the positive side of everything.They watch people solving their problems and tries to learn lessons from it.They study peoples behaviour and tries to learn the pattern people reacts in diffeent ways.He who thinks himself as successful man involves himself to find out ways to achieve his goal and become suucessful.
